 超低溫急速冷凍技術:

利用瞬間急速低溫狀態,讓被凍物品在極短的時間內迅速通過最大冰晶生成區(0~-5 ),能夠使食品細胞組織保留完整,內外壓力相對達到平衡,保留細胞活性,以達到被凍結物品的鮮度品質,目前於歐美等國家已廣泛運用‧
